v1.0.15: Admin context awareness

When the El Savio widget is opened from Joomla administration (/administrator/), it now auto-captures page context: URL, component (option=), view, task, layout, ID, title, H1. The chatbot uses this to answer admin-specific questions ("how do I delete this user?") instead of generic tourist-guide replies.

Site-side widget behavior is unchanged (no pageContext sent). Separate prompt builder: AdminPromptBuilder.php.
