When you can get a refund

• Within 14 days from purchase
• Plugin NOT yet installed/activated on your domain
• Technical installation issues unresolvable by our support within 7 days

Non-refundable cases

• Plugin already installed and activated on at least 1 domain
• Over 14 days from purchase
• Change of mind after downloading the source code

How to request

1. Email used for purchase
2. Stripe order number (received by email)
3. Reason for the request

Reply within 3 working days. Refund processed via Stripe within 5-10 working days.
