GDPR Data Request

In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your personal data.

• Access (Art. 15): receive a copy of your data
• Rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate data
• Erasure (Art. 17): "right to be forgotten"
• Restriction (Art. 18): restrict processing
• Portability (Art. 20): receive data in structured format
• Objection (Art. 21): object to processing

Data we store

• Customer email (for Stripe orders)
• License domain of purchased plugins
• El Savio chatbot questions/answers (90 days retention)
• IP hash for chatbot rate limiting (30 days retention)
• Server technical logs (365 days retention)

How to request

Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject "GDPR Request: [Access/Erasure/...]" and include:

1. Full name
2. Email used for purchase
3. Type of request
4. Copy of ID document (for verification)

We respond within 30 days as per Art. 12 GDPR.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

• España (AEPD): aepd.es
• Italia (Garante): garanteprivacy.it
• Other EU: contact your local Data Protection Authority
