1. Acceptance
By using the site www.fuerteventuratv.net and purchasing our products, you accept these terms.
2. Products and pricing
The plugins sold (El Savio chatbot, CMS Free AI, GMCsitemap) are self-hosted software. Prices are inclusive of IGIC/VAT. Taxes are calculated automatically by Stripe based on your tax residence.
3. License
Each purchase includes:
- Plugin usage license on 1 (or 3, in case of Bundle) specified domains
- 12 months of free updates (lifetime for Agency license)
- Source code under GPL-2.0-or-later license
4. Delivery
Plugins are delivered by email within 24 working hours from completed payment, with a download link to the .zip file and installation instructions.
5. Refunds

6. Liability
Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of operation on untested configurations. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
7. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Applicable law: Spanish law and EU regulations.
